Founder + Managing DirectorDeeply passionate about psychedelics and social impact, Lexie is thrilled to have merged her personal passions with her professional endeavors with set+setting social.
An exceptionally enlightening psilocybin journey led Lexie to ‘retire’ from her modeling career and to return home to Chicago to pursue an education in psychology. A few years of working as a research assistant and crisis counselor was rewarding, but becoming a mother drew her to more lighthearted work in experiential & digital marketing.
Eventually, she launched her own digital marketing agency, Disco Social, for emerging brands in natural food & beverage.
Her love for psychedelic science finally collided with her work, and through 100% word-of-mouth referrals, the psychedelic clients of Disco Social continued to grow. So, it was time to shift and to build set+setting.
When Lexie is not busy supporting her clients as they change the world, she is probably playing with her daughter, tending to her aquariums, at a music festival or rollerblading.

Gia hails from the Florida Space Coast. After graduation, she relocated to Chicago to pursue studies at Columbia College Chicago. While the city's winters were an adjustment, Chicago soon became a place she proudly calls home. Growing up in Florida, conservation and environmental initiatives held significant importance to her. Additionally, her exposure to alternative medicine and naturopathic remedies fostered a profound interest in plant-based medicine and pharmacology.
With a decade of graphic design experience under her belt, she is dedicated to assisting individuals and companies passionate about creating conscious and sustainable societal changes.
Outside of her professional realm, you can typically find her spending time with her daughter, baking, or attending concerts/festivals.

Never an animal person, Ally shocked everyone when she acquired two cats, Bob & Toast, who she now completely obsessed with. Baking is how Ally likes to relieve stress and spend her free time. She loves sharing her drool- worthy creations on Instagram and TikTok.
