Our work spans content review and feedback, thought leadership positioning, social media platform strategy, and small consulting deliverables like audits, roadmaps, and messaging briefs.
Recommended Approach
We suggest starting with two 60-minute strategy calls per month — each with two members of our team — to cover content direction, platform performance, upcoming events, and next steps. Between calls, our team is available for async content review and execution support on an hourly basis.
To kick things off, we'd begin with a review of your existing content backlog and deliver an initial strategic brief covering recommended platforms, posting cadence, hook guidance, early-stage KPIs, and platform formatting specs.
From there, the monthly hour allocation is yours to direct — use it for strategy, content feedback, execution support, or design, depending on what your project needs that month.
