This scope is designed to flex with the pace of the work, expanding during peak periods of activity and returning to a lighter baseline of services when the pace slows.

$2,500 / month, flat retainer

  • Content planning, concepting, and execution
  • Social and digital content creation (4 to 12 light- and heavy-lift pieces per month)
  • Rapid-response support for time-sensitive initiatives (during regular business hours)
  • Publishing, scheduling, and community management
  • Bi-weekly strategy calls with analytics recaps
VMHLC
Fractional Communications Director
$1,250 / month, 10-hour retainer
Additional hours billed at $125 / hr
Scope
  • Communications strategy aligned with policy, advocacy, and research priorities
  • Leadership messaging support across state and federal engagement
  • Coalition partner communications coordination and amplification
  • Email communications to members, partners, and stakeholders
  • Narrative and message development for campaigns and initiatives
  • Direct support to leadership for time-sensitive communications needs
Hours above the 10/month retainer are billed at $125/hr and invoiced at end of month.
