Our Work

The work speaks for itself.

Strategic communications built for the psychedelic movement, from fractional leadership to day-to-day execution. The stakes in this space are higher than clicks and conversions, and so are the standards. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Fireside Project Since 2022

One channel became every channel.

We joined Fireside Project as their social media partner. Today we're their fractional marketing department, leading strategy and execution everywhere the brand shows up and coordinating the ecosystem of vendors behind it. We rebuilt the visual identity, sharpened the voice, and helped bring new programs like Lucy and TripCheck into the world.

An evolution of Fireside, from a 0.35% engagement rate at our opening audit to the brand you see today.

The metric we care about most is the mission one: people actually reaching the support line. When someone finds Fireside instead of an emergency room, that's marketing doing something that matters.

And these weren't nice-to-have internal targets. This year's KPIs were the lofty kind, tied to the continued funding that keeps the whole operation going. We cleared them with weeks still left on the clock.

The infrastructure.

Strategy, content, design, and a vendor ecosystem across paid, SEO, email, and web. Our team drives all of it toward impact.

I just wanted to thank you for how much you've done in all of the ways for Fireside. Not just for crushing it with marketing and really holding all of our different marketing and outreach channels,
but just being such a wonderful colleague and ally and thought partner and co-collaborator. Working with you is really just one of the joys of doing this work,
and I hope you can take to heart all of the impact that Fireside has had in the world, because it truly is your impact and the impact of your team. So thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Somewhere along the way, we stopped being just the agency.

We started with Heroic Hearts Project in early 2022 as their social media vendor. Four years later, the line between our team and theirs is blurry in the best way. Beyond social and content, here's what we hold:

  • 01

    Program positioning

When a new program takes shape, we help shape how the world first hears about it.

  • 02

    Clinical and policy translation

We take dense, technical material and turn it into something a community can actually feel.

  • 03

    Advocacy campaigns

From policy moments to grassroots mobilization, we build the campaigns that move people.

  • 04

    Storytelling, together

We really get to know the people in this movement, veterans, alumni, and the community around them. Then we help them tell their stories.

  • 05

    The assets that fuel growth

Gala materials, annual reports, grassroots pushes. The pieces HHP uses to raise more, reach further, and keep making an impact.

The Covert Hero Award

At Operation Freedom to Heal, HHP's annual gala, founder Jesse Gould called our founder to the stage and presented her with the Covert Hero Award, given for quiet dedication and exceptional professionalism in service of the mission. It's an honor HHP reserves for the people behind the work. That's exactly where we like to be.

We don't show up to this work. We live in it.

Communicating about psychedelics comes with real responsibility, and we hold ourselves to work that's effective, ethical, and accurate. We're an intentionally small boutique studio with a meticulously curated client list, and ethical alignment is our North Star. We choose our partners as carefully as they choose us. If that sounds like your organization, tell us what you're building.
