What We Do
Fractional Communications Leadership & Support
Flexible, as-needed marketing and communications support for the Zendo Project team. This is our way of meeting nonprofits where they are budget-wise: strategic guidance, content, and execution when you need it, without a fixed monthly commitment.
Use our team for whatever moves your work forward in a given month — strategy and direction, social content, design, audits, messaging, or a partnership deck. You direct where the hours go.
Recommended Approach
We recommend kicking off with a 60 to 90 minute deep dive, with our team and yours on the call. We'll learn about your background, the marketing and communications work you've done, what's worked and what hasn't, and where you want to go next.
From there, we help you uncover where our efforts are best spent. Sometimes that's a light audit, sometimes it's bringing in a specialist, and sometimes you already have projects in hand that we can take and run with. This is a choose-your-own-adventure, built to be efficient.
How We Work
No agency bloat. We don't pad scope or bill you for work that doesn't move the needle. When something could be a simple Google Doc, we send a Google Doc, not a 45-page custom deck you didn't need. We're lean by design, and we'd rather put your budget toward work that actually matters.
Pricing
All work is billed hourly. The sliders below show where we'd estimate starting, and where your hours might go in a typical month.

Because this is a flexible hourly engagement rather than a monthly retainer, we fit this work in around our retainer commitments. This usually is a non-issue, but we want to be transparent: we can't guarantee fast turnaround. If you ever require immediate turnaround on something time-sensitive, we offer a rush option (a 25% markup) when our capacity allows.
